Full service also means taking care of invitations, creating a day of timeline, negotiating hotel rates for out of town travelers, ordering favors and much more. 

The Partial Planning package is for those who dream about planning their own wedding but are looking for some help getting started. Limelight can work with you to develop a concept and budget as well as provide assistance in finding the right venue and vendors to fit that budget and style. For the hands-on couple, this package allows you to pass off the tasks that do not fit into your busy schedule so you can focus on those that do. This hourly consulting option allows the utmost flexibility to get the assistance with what you need most.    

The Perfect Day is ideal if you are looking for an event professional to manage every detail on your wedding day or wedding weekend providing you peace of mind and time to relax and enjoy. We begin with an introductory meeting upon booking to help set you up for success in the planning months ahead.  We pick back up 4-6 weeks  prior to the wedding to fully understand your vision, contracts, and the plans you’ve made for the day. We serve as the primary contact with all your vendors at this time and throughout your wedding week so that you can move past the planning and focus on time with friends and family.
